A specially formulated 100% solids epoxy grout used to fill large holes or rebuilding severely damaged concrete substrates. It can be applied up to 1 foot thickness in a single pour. Chemfil can also be used as a base for other topcoats where additional chemical resistance or smoothness is required.

A pourable three part system that is designed as a complete self leveling floor system with excellent chemical resistance and compressive strengths. It can be applied at a thickness of up to two inches on horizontal surfaces. It can also be used for producing chemical resistant equipment pads of up to six inches in depth.

Most of our 100% coating products can be used to overcoat a properly cleaned and dry floor. However, some products, because of their moisture tolerance, flexibility, fast and low temperature curing capability, are better for flooring applications than others. Listed below are some of those materials.
 


 

A moisture tolerant, 100% solids material which can be applied at temperatures as low as 35F. It is primarily used to seal concrete prior to overcoating to prevent out-gassing sealer. It can also be used as a means to regain some structural strength in old concrete or to prevent water penetration.

An extremely rugged, anti-slip floor coating system, which is completely self contained, requiring no additional sand or broadcasting of materials. The texture of the surface can be changed from one suitable for shower room floors to one which will provide slip resistance for industrial forklift traffic, by varying the application technique.
